One day
I walked down a path
I saw two men discussing about life
The young man said, nowadays in order to live, we need at least
2000 US$ a month
Two thousand dollars: we need a cell phone, one car at least, some
of this, a little bit of that, one big, one small, also it would
be fantastic if the brand name is visible
With
a sigh, the old man amazed, patiently looked at the youth, and replied
To live, a breath is all we really need, love, affection, a good
smile,
Freedom, a slice of bread, a warm fire
All the rest is all media hype:
"Come on buy, come on buy"
This
is how the Story goes:
God created us in his own image
Pure, loving and blissful
Mankind was held in God's most sublime thoughts
Then mankind descended
When he dared eat from the Tree of Knowledge
Thinking he will gain supremacy
And low and behold chaos was bestowed upon him
Mankind's Descent has come from his arrogant defiance of the ALMIGHTY
Lured by Temptation, Envy, Greed, and Power
All, Evils of Man's creation.
And now,
the irony of it all
Man thinks he has become someone important simply because he owns
a cell phone.
This is how we fall in God's esteem.
